Acting as principle contractor via Frankhams RMS, Lite4life were commissioned to design, specify and deliver a revised fire safety and egress strategy.
RBKC commissioned and engaged Lite4life to ensure competency, compliance and conformity in upgrading a rentable property, ensuring it was fit for purpose to rehouse of a Grenfell Tower survivor.

Working collaboratively with the client and our diligently resourced specialist supply chain partners, we were able to deliver strategies that demonstrably reassured RBKC and the tenant that the property was a safe habitable & compliant environment.
